After 1.5 years of investment in this segment of ITS market, Tolue was awarded its first contract to provide tens of Speed Enforcement stations in southern provinces on Iran. In this new phase, the Road ministry is going to equip 3,000 units of Speed Enforcement systems and for the first year, around 600 units. The goal is to make the roads safer and decrease the number of accidents around the country. Tolue is going to use radar-based and image-processing based cameras to determine both instant speed and average speed info to the police and the road ministry.
